History

During the year 1974, Don Jaime Serrat, a die adjuster by trade, began to develop molds for transmission bellows, to make them by pressing process in a small warehouse located at the back of his house. Its commercialization was only in the city of Rosario.

In 1982, with the incorporation of his son, the company began to operate under the name of Jaime Serrat and son, beginning a growth process, marketing its products throughout the national territory. In 2002 the firm made its first export, expanding to all of Latin America and some European countries such as France and Spain. Over the years the company has become more professional and committed to continuous improvement in all its areas. Today, with the third generation already incorporated, we are in the process of growth and facing new challenges that keep us focused on a promising future.

Facilities

We have a highly sophisticated plant, with state-of-the-art and fully automated machinery located at the exit of RN 34 in the city of Rosario.

We are currently in the process of assembling a new 4,000 m2 plant located in the Alvear Industrial Park, which will allow us a better layout, optimizing the production and storage of our products. The objective of this plant is to be recognized as a reference plant in the production of the products that we manufacture and market.
